CHANDIGARH: All these days Chandigarh Beopar Mandal the apex body of traders of city representing 135 markets were pleading for some kind of way out so that without compromising anti Covid measurss to contain this deadly Virus some freedom to open shops be given especially to dealers dealing in other than non essential services as well.

CharanJiv Singh President said that decision of administration is in right direction which will provide some relief to the traders He also complimented traders to show solidarity, discipline and restrain in their show of strength recently on call of CBM.

Diwakar Sahoonja patron cum Chief spokesperson while welcoming the in the decision demanded the Administration to keep the CBM participating in its future consultations and policies regarding revival of economy regarding markets and also demanded priority vaccination of staff of traders.

Trade activists are already engaged into providing reliefe to society and also adhering to antivirus measures to best of their capabilities and capacities in their shops and market areas and further resolve to help all campaigns by the Govt.

CBM looks forward to some relief packages , need based notifications in building byelaws and self assessment schemes of all pending taxation cases etc especially for small and medium traders without c form formalities etc Adequate compensation for loss of business and lives of business community.
