CBM REPEATS IT’S DEMAND FOR MORE FINANCIAL RELIEF AND SUPPORTING MEASURES BY GOVT FOR THE TRADERS AT THE EARLIEST
Charanjiv Singh President of Chandigarh Beopar Mandal (CBM) said allowing extra one hour for shopping in the city by the Chandigarh Administration is step in right direction and now CBM is hopeful of other economical relief packages also at the earliest.
Charanjiv Singh President said though tomorrow CBM shall be meeting Sh Dharam Pal IAS the new Advisor of Chandigarh to formally welcome him on behalf of traders of city yet will seek an early meeting with Advisor on important trader issues.
Diwakar Sahoonja Patron cum Official Spokes Person of CBM reassured support by CBM to all anti Covid measures and also all other relief efforts being undertaken and to be initiated by the Govt in its fight against COVID and boosting the economy of the state.
CBM is hopeful of early steps by Govt towards pending demands of financial assistance , compensation for huge losses incurred by Traders due to the CORONA lockdown ,waiving off electricity and other charges for period of Lockdown, allowing self assessments of pending taxation cases without C forms on Punjab Govt pattern and bringing need based changes in building bylaws of commercial properties to give further boost to the commercial activities in the state
