Diwakar Sahoonja Patron cum Chief spokes Person briefed New Finance Secretory about CBM being the apex body of traders of the City having. representation of around 125 Market and Trade Associations. He was also apprised of working and activities of Mandal which he appreciated.
The new Finance Secretory heads as Secretary Estate office and Excise and Taxation , hence it was decided that in subsequent meetings ln the issues related to Taxation and Building By laws shall be taken up depending on constrained due to Corona spread.
Sh.Sat Pal Gupta Chairman CBM told the officer How CBM is engaged in various relief and social services in the City and that CBM distributed stickers NO MASK NO ENTRY to be displayed outside entrance of all business establishments of the city so that strict antivirus measures are even followed by the customers.
The Finance Secretory appreciated positive role being played by the CBM towards welfare of traders of Chandigarh.
