CHANDIGARH, 7 AUGUST: The Institute of Social Sciences Education and Research at Panjab University today celebrated National Handloom Day and Teej with great pomp and show. Students enthusiastically participated in cultural activities such as dance, singing, and an ethnic wear showcase representing their home states. The event also featured a small workshop on crafts conducted by students of the department . The celebration of Teej was further enriched with Boliyan and Mehendi. The event concluded with a brief speech by the coordinator .

The admission to M.Sc. 2 Year Course in the Centre for Systems Biology & Bioinformatics will be held on Monday, 12th August 2024 at 10:00 a.m. in the Chairperson’s office, Centre for Systems Biology & Bioinformatics, Panjab University, Chandigarh. All the eligible candidates are requested to be present at the Centre by 9:30 a.m. for interview along with necessary documents.
